These terms describe use of KinToolkit, operated by Cedar Jay Ventures, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Please read them before using kintoolkit.com and its public discovery resources. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Educational purpose and medical limits

KinToolkit provides educational tools for adult caregivers aged 18 or older to locate directions for selected US medicine products. It does not diagnose, prescribe, provide medical treatment, or establish a healthcare-provider relationship. Information may be incomplete or out of date and does not replace the product label, a pharmacist's advice, or your child's clinician's instructions.

Check the exact active ingredient, concentration, product, age and weight restrictions, measuring device, warnings, and timing on your own bottle. Do not use directions for another concentration or an unsupported product. Ask a healthcare professional when information conflicts, your child falls outside the supported ranges, or you are unsure. Do not delay seeking medical care because of this site. For an emergency, contact emergency services or your local poison center.

Appropriate use

Use KinToolkit only for lawful purposes. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious software, or misrepresent its information as a prescription, clinical review, or manufacturer endorsement. You are responsible for checking the information you enter and for decisions you make using the service.

Third-party services and compensation

Manufacturer links, shopping links, and healthcare referrals are provided for convenience. Independent providers control their services, eligibility, prices, availability, medical care, and policies. KinToolkit does not guarantee their services or act as the treating healthcare provider.

As an Amazon Associate, KinToolkit earns from qualifying purchases. We may also earn referral fees from eligible appointment bookings. Transactions on external sites are governed by those providers' terms, including payment, cancellation, and refund rules. The current KinToolkit calculator does not charge a usage fee or process payment-card details.

Content and automated access

KinToolkit's original content and design belong to us or our licensors. Third-party product names, images, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply endorsement.

We grant you a limited, nonexclusive permission to access the service and share links for its intended educational purpose, subject to applicable law and these terms. This permission does not transfer ownership of the site or authorize copying its branding in a way that implies endorsement. Public catalog and discovery resources may be used to locate and link to KinToolkit. They are not a personalized dosing API. An AI service's interpretation or generated response is its own output; check the original source and product label.

Availability and disclaimers

We may correct, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from errors. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or warranties that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

Responsibility and disputes

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability where such a limitation would be prohibited for personal injury, fraud, or other misconduct.

Privacy, updates, and contact

Our Privacy Policy explains information handling. We will post changes to these terms with an updated effective date and provide additional notice or seek agreement when required. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
