## Children’s Zyrtec (cetirizine) dosage by age

Match the Children’s Zyrtec bottle and its printed concentration, then choose an age range. This calculator uses age ranges for cetirizine; it does not use a child’s weight to generate a dose.

## Which age ranges can I select?

The cetirizine flow offers Under 2 years, 2–5 years, and 6–11 years. Selecting Under 2 directs you to ask your child’s doctor. For other ages or an unlisted bottle, ask a pharmacist or doctor.

## Is children’s Zyrtec dosing by weight or age?

The US Children’s Zyrtec syrup label uses age groups. This tool follows those groups, not weight or a cetirizine mg/kg formula. Match the 1 mg/mL syrup and read the full label.

## Can I use this calculator for a 10-month-old baby?
